We ship almost everywhere in Canada. All items ship from our store in Vernon, BC. On occasion, special arrangements can be made to ship elsewhere, please call to enquire. All pricing is shown and processed in Canadian Dollars. 

 

Standard Item Shipping

For shippable items like decor and accessories (e.g. cushions, tabletop items, bedding, clothing, candles, pillows, jewellery, etc) shipping costs are:

SPECIAL ORDERS

If items are out-of-stock, in many cases we can special order them for you! There is no additional cost for special orders, however the delivery times can vary from 2-8 weeks depending on the item. We will contact you with the estimated delivery time for your order.

 

LARGE FURNITURE AND DECOR ITEMS

You will see that at this time, we don't ship larger items (art, lighting, sofas, etc) through our online store.  They are available for in-store pick-up or it's possible that we can arrange delivery through our own local delivery service or another cross-Canada shipper.  Please call for options prior to purchasing your larger items. 

 

SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

Multiple items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment.

HINTS FOR ORDERING AND DELIVERY

INSPECTING YOUR MERCHANDISE

  • Our team thoroughly inspects every product before it leaves our store; however, it is important that you (or the person you’ve deemed responsible as your designate) take the time to inspect the merchandise to make sure that there are no damages or manufacturer’s defects.
  • Many items are hand-crafted and utilize natural materials and therefore one can expect variations between a floor model, photos or swatches.
  • Upon in-store pick-up, you will be asked to sign as acceptance of your merchandise and affirm that it is free of damage and manufacturer’s defects.
  • If you should notice any damages or manufacturer’s defects upon delivery of your order, you must call our store (250-260-6161) to register
  • Failure to provide immediate notification of damages or manufacturer’s defects may impede your ability to submit a claim for resolution.
  • Please note that after we’ve been made aware of the issue at hand it may take up to five business days formulate a plan to address your claim. Depending on the nature of the claim, we may have one of our trained staff resolve the issue to your satisfaction, arrange a replacement of the product altogether or offer an alternate product if stock of the original item is not readily available. 

 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Our goal is to get your purchase from our store into your as hands quickly as possible.  When you opt for pickup, please give 24 hours (Monday through Friday) for the order to be ready for pick-up. Orders being shipped will be shipped out within 48 hours of receiving the completed order.  

 

BACKORDERS

Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on the original order.

 

CAN I HOLD MY IN STORE PICK-UP ORDER?

We do not hold orders beyond 10 days. If orders aren’t picked up within ten days, we will refund your payment (less a $10.00 restocking fee) and return the item for sale.
