Refund policy

We are confident you’re going to be happy with your purchase. We also understand that sometimes a product is just not right. We’ve made our return policy as easy as possible. 

 

RETURN PROCESS FOR SHIPPED ITEMS

Within 30 Days – Your return is to be postmarked within 30 days of the product being shipped from our store. Sale items, special orders, gift certificates and shipping/delivery fees are final sale and non-refundable.

Includes original packaging and product in new condition - Any returned purchase(s) must be returned in all of their original packaging, and in the same condition it was received. If The Room Collection deems the returned items unfit for return due to damage to the product and/or product packaging, no refund will be issued to the customer.

Once we've received your item and inspected it to ensure original condition, we'll process a refund to the original payment method (or store credit if requested). Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

RETURN PROCESS FOR ITEMS PICKED UP IN STORE

If you originally purchased in store or chose in store pick-up, your return or exchange can be processed in store at 3401 30th Avenue, Vernon, BC. Sale items, special/custom orders, floor models, food sales, gift certificates and shipping/delivery fees are final sale and non-refundable. Deposits on special orders are non-refundable.

For full in-store refund, items must be returned within 3 business days of purchase date, and in original condition including any/all original packaging. Exchange or store credit applies to items returned within 14 days of purchase date, and in original condition including any/all original packaging.
