RETURN PROCESS FOR SHIPPED ITEMS
Within 10 Business Days – Your return is to be postmarked within 10 business days of the product being shipped from our warehouse. Sale items, special orders, gift certificates and shipping/delivery fees are final sale and non-refundable.
Includes original packaging and product in new condition - Any returned purchase(s) must be returned in all of their original packaging, and in the same condition it was received. If The Room Collection deems the returned items unfit for return due to damage to the product and/or product packaging, no refund will be issued to the customer.
Once we've received your item and inspected it to ensure original condition, we'll process a refund to the original payment method (or store credit if requested). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
RETURN PROCESS FOR ITEMS PICKED UP IN STORE
If you originally chose in store pick-up, your return can be processed in store at 3041 30th Avenue, Vernon, BC within 3 business days. Pending inspection, a credit or refund will be issued for the returned item value. Gift certificates are not eligible for return.
